Anna Wilhelm has been part of the International Kids Campus (IKC) team for almost a year - and brings not only educational expertise, but also international experience and plenty of creative energy. After five years in the USA, it was clear to her that combining language, international education and personal development would be at the heart of her career path.

“I was specifically looking for an international institution - the bilingual concept and the PYP program at the IKC immediately convinced me,” she says. The Primary Years Programme is a globally recognized educational concept that offers bilingualism, self-determined learning and continuity - especially for families who move frequently for work reasons.

At the IKC, Anna not only teaches according to this internationally oriented approach - she also continues her own education: in the in-house trainee program for future managers, she gains insights into various areas of the company, from administration to management level. “I want to take on responsibility in the long term and combine my interests with my profession - the IKC provides me with the opportunity for this.”

In addition to her role as an educator, Anna is also active as a corporate influencer. On Instagram, she provides authentic insights into everyday life as an educator and shows how varied the profession really is. “I want to show what we do as educators - and get rid of the cliché that we just play all day.” The content is well received: With parents, colleagues - and not least with the children, who participate enthusiastically.

What does she particularly like about the IKC? “The diversity! It's great to see children from very different cultures learning, laughing and growing together - regardless of their origin or appearance.” This diversity requires flexibility, but is also a great enrichment - for children and staff alike.

With her international perspective, her pedagogical commitment and her digital creativity, Anna Wilhelm actively contributes to shaping the IKC - in the classroom and beyond.
