Parents, teachers, nursery teachers and children really enjoyed themselves during the activities to celebrate ‘International Mother Language Day’ on 21 February. The international bilingual school munich welcomes children from more than 20 different nations. Thus it is the ideal place to celebrate this day.
There was a quiz on the topic of languages which the kids completed eagerly. Parents from various nations also read aloud from children’s books in their language and explained to the students what that meant. The children from the International Kids Campus staged a performance for the parents and sang a song in several languages. To conclude the event there was an international buffet.
